My take on the sketch

I used a Crumb Cake base and also a Crumb cake layer.  The stamped flowers are from the Avant Garden stamp set from the Sale-a-bration leaflet.  I used Crumb Cake ink and Early Espresso for the flower centers.  The circle was cut out with the stitched layers largest circle die and then popped up with dimensionals.  The sentiment comes from the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set.

Freshly Made Sketches Birthday card

I can't stop using the High Tide stamp set, and the Any Occasion Sale-a-bration free stamp set lends it's self perfectly to the lighthouse.

High Tide Birthday Card

I was inspired by my last card to have another play with the High Tide set.  This time I used the Any Occasion sentiments on the bunting.  This layout is full of different colour and occasion possibilities.

CAS(e) this sketch challenge High Tide

I decided to have a bash at the challenge over on Cas(e) this sketch, I love the stamp set 'High Tide' so started designing with this in mind.  While playing with the stamp set I noticed my Sale-a-bration free stamp set (Any Occasion)  sitting on my desk waiting to be used for the first time.  I thought how lovely a lighthouse with bunting would look, obviously you have to ignore the fact there is no where to attach it too!  I tried to give it an old fashioned look.  Hope you like.

Cas(e) this Sketch Challenge

A lovely sunny day in Essex today.  I received an order form Stampin Up today, I have ordered the Dragonfly thinlits so I had to give them a try!

and my interpretation below

I also purchased the background 'Hardwood' stamp, I've wanted this for a while and I'm really pleased with it.  I started with a piece of whisper white paper which I sponged Dapper Denim and Pool Party ink onto.  I then used the dotty stamp from Dragonfly Dreams stamp set  to gold emboss at the top.  I stamped the Hardwood with Crumb Cake ink onto Crumb Cake cardm   die cut the dragonfly and stuck some black metallic thread to its back.

TGIF Card Challenge

Half term, so boys at home this week.  Squeezing in some time to make a quick card for the
TGIF challenge.  Card layout.

I have used mainly Stampin Up products for this card, the tiny fish which are embossed in gold
are from a retired set Sea Street.  The light house is from a new set High Tide, I've used Dapper Denim card stock for the sea gull and the same colour ink for the Happy Birthday.  The background paper is called By the Shore.
